Conveniently located inside Lower Bucks Hospital, the Community Health Center will be staffed by experienced physicians and clinicians who provide a full range of medical services from toddlers to seniors.

You can rely on Lower Bucks Hospital Community Health Center for fast, convenient access to compassionate, skilled providers available to diagnose and treat a variety of conditions, but not limited to:

Lower Bucks Hospital Community Health Center hours:

Due to COVID-19 the hours for the Community Health Center changed only on Mondays. The Monday hours will be 10:00 a.m.- 6:00 p.m.

  • Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Wednesday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Thursday 3:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
  • Friday 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

Walk-ins welcome, free and accessible parking, and no appointment necessary.

We accept most major insurances. If your insurance company currently participates with us, you are responsible for the copay that your plan dictates at the time of service. Please contact the member services department of your insurance company for information on your specific benefits.

No insurance? No Problem! Lower Bucks Hospital Community Health Center offers discounted pricing for patients without insurance!

All payments are due at the time of service.
