Troy Kerner, DO, Joins Lower Bucks Hospital

Bristol, PA (March 2, 2020) – Troy Kerner, DO, a board-certified general surgeon, has joined Lower Bucks Hospital’s BMC Medical Group. He most recently was President/Owner of Advanced General Surgical Associates, P.C. in Langhorne.

Dr. Kerner has more than 20 years of general surgery experience. He has advanced training in robotic laparoscopic surgery, advanced laparoscopic surgery, general surgery and endoscopy/intraoperative colonoscopy/PEG. He has been affiliated with Lower Bucks Hospital since 2016.

“As a general surgeon, I have the opportunity to treat patients with various medical conditions that require surgery,” said Dr. Kerner, who has received numerous awards and has been published in top journals. “I have been practicing in the Bucks County area for more than 20 years, and I look forward to becoming a member of the medical staff of a well-established hospital as Lower Bucks.”

Dr. Kerner received his medical degree and completed an internship and general surgery residency from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He is a member of the American Osteopathic Association and the American College of Osteopathic Surgeons.
