Menachem Meller, MD, PhD., FAAOS, Joins Lower Bucks Hospital

Bristol, PA (March 2, 2020) – Menachem Meller, MD, PhD.,FAAOS, a board-certified orthopedic surgeon, has joined Lower Bucks Hospital’s BMC Medical Group. He comes to Lower Bucks Hospital from Mercy Philadelphia Hospital, where he practiced since 1998.

Dr. Meller has more than 30 years of orthopedic surgery experience. He has practiced at a number of hospitals in the Philadelphia area as well as served in academic roles including most recently, Clinical Assistant Professor of Orthopedic Surgery at Drexel University College of Medicine and Section Chief, Orthopedic Surgery, Mercy Philadelphia Hospital.

“I have been practicing in Philadelphia my entire career, and now welcome the opportunity to be part of Lower Buck’s Hospital’s orthopedic surgery program,” said Dr. Meller. “I am excited to be joining a wonderful team of skilled surgeons and staff to offer patients in the community the latest in orthopedic surgery techniques.”

Dr. Meller received his medical degree from Rush Medical College in Chicago, completed a general surgery internship at Penn Presbyterian Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania Health System and a residency at Medical College of Pennsylvania. His memberships include the Pennsylvania Orthopedic Society, the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and the Pennsylvania Medical Society. He has been a reviewer of orthopedic journals and has volunteered on numerous committees.
