Linda J. Grass, MBA, FACHE

Linda J. Grass, has been CEO at Prime Healthcare Services's Lower Bucks Hospital since August 2015. Prior to joining the Lower Bucks Hospital team, Grass spent three decades in leadership roles at Temple University Health System's Jeanes Hospital in Northeast Philadelphia. She was president and CEO at Jeanes Hospital for the last 12 years.

Grass comes to Lower Bucks Hospital with a rich understanding of the Philadelphia health care environment, and many years of experience as a leader and chief administrator.

Prior to her tenure as CEO at Jeanes Hospital, Grass had served in a variety of leadership roles, including Vice President of Clinical and Support Services, Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer.

Under her leadership, Jeanes Hospital received multiple awards for excellent patient experience and physician satisfaction. Additionally, the hospital received regional and national recognition for performance improvement initiatives and pharmacy programs, as well as distinction as a Hospital of Choice by the American Alliance of Healthcare Providers. Grass was appointed to the American College of Healthcare Executives' Regents Advisory Council for Southeastern Pennsylvania, and received the Administrative Achievement Award from the Healthcare Leadership Network of the Delaware Valley. She received the Temple University Founders Award for outstanding contributions to the fields of physical therapy, rehabilitative health care and hospital administration, and was granted the Temple University Gallery of Success Award. In 2014, she was inducted into Temple University's League for Entrepreneurial Women's Hall of Fame, which recognizes Temple alumnae for their outstanding achievements as innovators, entrepreneurs and leaders.

Grass' degree in physical therapy was earned at Temple University, and she holds a master's degree from Arcadia University and an MBA from LaSalle College. Her personal interests include marathon running, golf, skiing and rescuing schnauzers.
